Law, Business and Sustainability Herald is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that explores how legal frameworks, business strategies, and sustainable development interact in emerging and transitioning economies. The journal is committed to advancing interdisciplinary research on institutional innovation, regulatory evolution, and socio-economic transformations necessary for sustainable futures.

Our mission is to amplify the voices of researchers from the Global South and post-transition contexts, promoting actionable research that contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reducing global inequality, and building resilient systems.

Objectives

  • To publish high-quality research at the intersection of law, business, and sustainability, with a particular focus on developing and post-transition economies.
  • To support authors from the Global South, especially from Central and Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America, who investigate practical challenges of sustainable development.
  • To increase the visibility of published research through an open-access model, international editorial policy, and active engagement with indexing databases.
  • To build a professional community that shares knowledge and experience in sustainable governance, legal reform, effective corporate management, and corporate social responsibility.

The journal welcomes theoretical and applied research with a forward-looking lens on sustainability-driven change, especially in the context of low- and middle-income countries. Topics of interest include:
