Complaints Policy
The Editorial Board of LBSHerald journal is committed to addressing complaints promptly and constructively. Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering its nature and complexity. The handling of complaints will follow the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Submitting Complaints:
Complaints should be submitted via email to the journal. Each submission will be reviewed within thirty working days, although more complex issues may require additional time for resolution.
Content of Complaints:
Complaints must be clear, specific, and provide enough detail to demonstrate any potential violations of the journal's publication ethics. Where applicable, supporting documents should be included to substantiate the claims.
Scope of Complaints:
The journal will address complaints within its purview, such as issues related to publication ethics. Complaints falling outside this scope, such as personal grievances against authors, editors, reviewers, or the editorial board, will be acknowledged with an explanation as to why the issue falls outside the journal's responsibility. The journal will not engage with complaints that are presented in an offensive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
